Operations Excellence Analyst

Description

• Partner with relevant project teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
• Support development and implementation of process improvement strategies to meet business goal.
• Support country teams in planning and execution of process improvement projects.
• Monitor process performance and key supply chain metrics.
• Work with supply chain leadership team to define short-term and long-term objectives.
• Support project and project prioritization on ASEAN level.
• Drive goal alignment in ASEAN supply chain team.
• Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
• Foster team dynamics and close collaboration among various functions to deliver business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management preferably in FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company.
• Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
