Key Account Manager

Description

• Identify sales insights, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders like vaccinators and hospital marketing teams to implement vaccination projects.
• Develop partnerships with assigned accounts to boost vaccination rates.
• Create and execute account plans, presenting them to management to meet objectives.
• Manage the assigned budget to ensure effective execution and return on investment.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical teams to drive brand awareness and adoption.
• Work in Bangkok and up-country as a hybrid KAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of successful experience in pharmaceuticals.
• Vaccine business experience is required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative, initiative-driven, with a winning attitude.
