Serve as designated on-site Test Facility Management for Singapore Bioanalytical Lab. Responsible for both Small Molecule and Large Molecule Bioanalysis.
Personnel management. Ensure that all personnel involved in the bioanalytical analysis studies have the necessary educational backgrounds, have received training for GLP /GCP relevant laws and regulations, have expertise or professional skills, and have familiarized with relative SOPs.
Ensure issues pointed out by QAU will be replied timely with the corrective actions by responsible persons.
Review and approval of study protocols and reports.
Ensure that study operations follow SOPs
Coordinates space, materials, equipment, labor and other resources with other site managers to meet department objectives. Reports status to senior management.
Coordinates all development and renovation programs with the department staff and facilities personnel to ensure compliance with department, company and regulatory requirements.
Enforces department safety programs, coordinates with the environmental, health and safety department.
Monitors and controls performance including labor/project schedules and budgets.
Supervises and coordinates all activities for a group of scientific personnel, conducts performance appraisals and manages employee performance and career expectations within the department.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
PhD or MS in Chemistry/Biology/related science, or equivalent degree, plus 7-9 years related experience including supervision. Experience may be substituted for education.
