Manager, AI Software Quality Assurance

Description

• Develop and mentor a growing software quality team to deliver best in-class results.
• Oversee software quality process, leading continuous process improvement to align with rapidly evolving industry, striving for optimized effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of AI model outputs and ensure alignment with expected results.
• Develop and oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for AI integrated software.
• Implement automated testing frameworks when suitable.
• Generate and report quality metrics, test results, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with product, development, and executive teams on quality related matters.

Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance role, with at least 2 years in a leadership and management role, 2 years of experience in AI/ML is required.

Proven experience managing software quality projects for AI integrated software solutions and experience building software and AI QA teams from the ground up.

Solid knowledge of software quality operating procedures and SOP development and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub. Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as presentation skills are paramount.

Education to degree level in engineering, computer science, or other relevant qualification/experience.
