Description
- Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.
- Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of J&J MedTech Orthopedic Joints Products.
- Provide training & education to health care professionals.
- Assist with the logistical requirements of the business.
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.
- Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.
- Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
- Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
