Work with the CSMO AKA to develop and refine the digital growth strategy for AKA, including (but not limited to) the introduction of GE’s plethora of digital products and services.
Work with the individual country GM’s in AKA to determine their digital needs and build these into the overarching digital growth strategy for AKA.
Establish partnerships with AI and digital solution providers to enhance product offerings.
Work to strategize the unique digital needs of Enterprise and Strategic Key Account / Customers
Drive market analysis and intelligence activities to effectively utilize insights for competitive advantage and market share expansion.
Building GEHC AKA’s digital brand equity and develop strategic opportunities.
Digital Execution
Orchestrate the execution of the Digital Growth Strategy on a hub and spoke basis – there will be an expectation for the candidate to travel to the individual countries and work with the on-the-ground teams to structure and execute bespoke digital strategies as required.
Manage the activation and integration of new digital products and solutions across core business segments, ensuring seamless operation and customer alignment.
Develop SaaS/HaaS/Subscription-based offerings, collaborating closely with Finance and HFS teams to secure capital partners for these models.
Provide senior support in closing strategic deals and managing customer escalations, ensuring robust external representation with customers, government bodies, and industry associations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degrees in marketing, business administration, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years working experience in marketing, sales, strategy, healthcare, medical devices, pharma industry, or related fields.
Understanding and prior use of interoperability layers, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and other advanced data formats.
Strong people leadership experience and servant leadership mindset.
