Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering field, giving you a strong base to succeed in this position.
Experience in manufacturing/shop floor environments, enabling you to navigate and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this setting.
Experience using CI tools, including 6-Sigma and Lean, to systematically identify and eliminate waste, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
Experience and knowledge in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
