Description
- Partner with RSMs and Product Specialists to accelerate clinical team capability.
- Coordinate case schedules and provide in-field mentoring.
- Manage key accounts.
- Coordinate asset and inventory consignment up-keep
- Support Product Specialists in sales enablement and identify business opportunities.
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders.
- Support events and coordinate nurse and registrar education.
- Provide in-servicing for hospital staff and the logistics teams.
- Maintain expertise across focus brands and industry knowledge.
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and KOL’s
- Develop an onboarding framework for new employees.
- Identify and register in-field Orthopaedic Trainees and manage rotations.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field within healthcare or business.
- Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Experience in Medical devices or sales.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
