Drive the implementation of global innovation (new products) and campaign platform for brand equity enhancement and volume growth for PEP TMs (Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7up) by working with Suntory and Global / Regional category development teams.
Develop marketing strategies designed to achieve the business agenda both in long and short term
Lead and manage the marketing activations / executions
Work with internal stakeholders to gain timely supports and alignments
Work with and influence Suntory to leverage in-market initiatives to maximize PEP TMs sales.
Analyze the results and outcomes post execution, and continuously improve the marketing comms
Build strong business relationship with Suntory and Agency stakeholders.
Manage arrangement of PEP senior management visits and Suntory senior management oversea visits with franchse leads
Help build business case for whitespace categories for the Pepsico Japan portfolio
Qualifications
Postgraduate management degree with specialization in business or other related disciplines
10+ years marketing / related work experience with strong analytical and conceptual skills
Fluency in Japanese and English languages. Must speak, understand and read Japanese language
Clear focus on local consumers to develop locally relevant contents as well as lift&shift global / regional assets
Strong business partner mindset, good commercial understanding
Entrepreneurship mindset to build the new way of working with stakeholders
High interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills with strengths in communication skills, to build strong relationship with multiple work layers (working level to senior management level)
Good attention to detail and comfort in getting hands dirty
