To manage the UK hospital tendering & contracts process for Viatris UK business from beginning to end.
Collation of analysis of hospital tender results to build a picture of competitor activity and market pricing.
Monitor contract compliance against advised volumes, identify and address any issues internally and externally as necessary including working in conjunction with the Tendering Authorities to ensure forecast accuracy.
Co-ordinate the listing of hospital channel lines in wholesale bins and monitor stock levels to ensure availability.
LCM management of all hospital contract related submissions.
Collation and review of forecasts for hospital contracted lines, proposing changes to demand / financial forecast to Strategy Manager.
Collating data for Strategy Manager to include in monthly reporting.
Validate monthly hospital reclaim files from wholesale and homecare for accuracy and approve for payment.
Administrative / project support of the Hospital Strategy Manager, as relevant and appropriate
Adherence to all applicable policies and procedures, including those relating to EHS, GMP, GCP, Quality and Compliance, consistent with the role and any associated responsibilities, including people management where applicable.
Collaborating with internal functions; Supply chain, Regulatory, Quality
Qualifications
Essential Experience And Competencies
Educated to A Level or similar, degree level preferable.
Knowledge of Healthcare, NHS structure or Pharma industry is essential.
Strong organisational skills, high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise, excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable experience and competencies
NHS/CMU contracting, understanding of the NHS T&Cs is desirable.
