Description
- Conceptualizing new ideas, develop and implement efficient strategies and techniques of assigned product portfolios towards achieving set KPIs
- Perform ongoing market analysis to keep track with consumer needs and competitor’s performance, and response affirmatively
- Mapping out potential customers and generating leads and new opportunities for the organization
- Establish strong professional relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
- Providing training and technical support to the sales team
Qualifications
Highest qualification: University
- Bachelor Degree in Health/Science/Business disciplines or its equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Good team player/spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong networking with customers particularly in the Ethical segment
- Good organization and planning skills
- Candidate with experience in Orthopaedic, Rheumatology and Endocrinology will be an added advantage
