Demonstrate excellence in identifying synergies with other functions, ensuring proper alignment, and leading the evaluation of goals' relevance, impact, and compliance with regulations.
Ensures high project visibility and leads continuous improvement in sharing project outcomes, assessing their impact across the organization, and taking proactive actions.
Secure senior management board endorsement and maintains regular communication to ensure team and stakeholder commitment, engagement, and motivation.
Develops a strong reputation as an operationally efficient and effective strategic thinker who applies insights adeptly into strategy and tactic development, leading and challenging the development of strategies to maximize their impact across global teams and functions.
Collaborate and facilitate strategy development with partners across disciplines and areas, including e.g., R&ED, Development, Commercial, Global IT and Finance.
Qualifications
At least Master’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience leading cross-functional (and perhaps global) projects.
3-5 years in strategy consulting s strong plus
Background in pharma, life science or biotech is a must with specific proven experience in digitalisation of early research and drug discovery as well as consultancy background.
Deep understanding of the R&D value chain or digital science and innovation disciplines (e.g., automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities and scientific intelligence) is an advantage.
Direct experience of leading and managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to use design principles to drive strategy processes and strategic projects from idea to final hand-over for implementation.
