Unitek College of Nursing's (UCN) South San Francisco, Calif. Campus has been named to America's Top Vocational Schools for 2026, a national ranking developed by Statista and published by USA TODAY.
The ranking evaluates schools offering undergraduate certificate or diploma programs across five key measures: graduation rate, graduate salary, years to pay off net price, social mobility and diversity. The analysis draws from publicly available data, including the U.S. Department of Education's Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) and College Scorecard.
For UCN, the recognition reflects its focus on providing career-focused education that creates pathways to meaningful healthcare careers while helping meet the demand for nurses and healthcare professionals.
"Students come to us because they want to build a better future for themselves and their families, and our responsibility is to help them get there," said Jeff Conlon, Chief Executive Officer of Unitek Learning. "What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it looks at outcomes that matter to students, including graduation, earnings, return on investment and social mobility. Those outcomes are at the heart of the value we strive to provide every student who chooses one of our colleges."
