Omega Healthcare Is Recognized Across Three Categories in Avtar & Seramount's 2026 Best Companies Rankings

Omega Healthcare, an AI-driven healthcare solutions company, has been recognized in three categories of the 2026 Avtar & Seramount benchmarking studies, among India's largest and most rigorous assessments of workplace inclusion and wellness. Omega Healthcare was named a winner in the following listings and will receive the awards at Avtar's Best Practices of the Best conference.

  • Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) –  BCWI Hall of Fame
Honored for the sixth consecutive year as one of the Best Companies for Women in India, emphasizing the company's focus on creating a workplace where women are empowered to thrive. Omega Healthcare was also included in the BCWI Hall of Fame, a distinction reserved for organizations earning this ranking for five or more years.
  • Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI) – Champions of Inclusion
Highlighted as a Champion of Inclusion for the second consecutive year, recognizing the company's continued efforts to build a culture where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and valued.
  • Best Companies for Workplace Wellness (BCWW) – Top 10 Best Companies
Featured as one of the 2026 Top 10 Best Companies for Workplace Wellness, celebrating the company's commitment to employee well-being.

"Recognition across these prestigious benchmarks reinforces our belief that our success is strengthened by incorporating diverse perspectives, building a culture that emphasizes belonging, and prioritizing employee well-being," said Anurag Mehta, CEO and Co-Founder, Omega Healthcare. "This achievement belongs to every employee actively championing inclusivity across the organization. We will continue investing in our people and remain committed to fostering an environment where everyone can succeed, contribute meaningfully, and grow together as 'One Omega.'"

"These distinctions are important because they validate the culture we are consciously building at Omega Healthcare – one where people feel included, supported and empowered to do their best work," said Lalitha M. Shetty, Vice President of Human Resources, Omega Healthcare. "Being recognized across all three categories in the same year is a significant achievement for our company because it reflects consistency in our commitment to our people. For us, inclusion, well-being and opportunity are not standalone initiatives or campaigns; they are an integral part of how we build our workplace and our business. Most importantly, these awards reflect not only what we say about our culture, but how our employees experience it – and that is what motivates us to keep raising the bar."

"Hearty congratulations to our winning companies, and thank you to every organization that participated," said Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, Managing Director of Avtar Group. "The Avtar & Seramount benchmarking process is a valuable opportunity to look honestly at where we are and where we can do better. Companies that invest deliberately in employee well-being are also more likely to show stronger representation and retention. Wellness and inclusion are not separate agendas; they reinforce each other."
