Legacy Education Launches New Accredited Programs to Meet Healthcare Talent Demand

Legacy Education Inc. a leading provider of career education healthcare programs, announced that two of its institutions, High Desert Medical College (HDMC) and Central Coast College (CCC), have been approved by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) to offer four new programs designed to address the rising demand for skilled healthcare professionals.

High Desert Medical College, with locations in LancasterBakersfield, and Temecula, California, has been approved to offer the Surgical Technology Associate of Applied Science and the Sterile Processing Technician Certificate Program. These new offerings expand HDMC's portfolio of allied health programs and prepare students for critical roles in surgical and hospital settings.

Central Coast College, located in Salinas, California, has been approved to offer the Cardiac Sonography Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree Program and the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Associate of Applied Science Degree Program. Both programs provide advanced training for imaging specialists, equipping graduates with the skills to operate cutting-edge diagnostic technology and support cardiology and radiology teams in delivering patient care.
