Description
  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and initiatives to drive improved sales, market share and profitability in alignment with the Agilent Clinical Diagnostics Division business & marketing strategy.
  • Co-developing a strategic project within laboratory informatics which will unlock the power of data to maximize laboratory productivity.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of pathology market, competitor landscape and customer needs across segments.
  • Identify and evaluate market and portfolio opportunities based on customer segmentation, growth potentials and unmet customer needs.
  • Optimize product portfolio performance and quality to be competitive and meet customer expectations.
  • Drives Product Life Cycle Management activities
  • Act as the customer champion in the broader Division
Qualifications
  • +10 years of experience from diagnostics or MedTech industry in a commercial/and or technical role
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix
  • Experience from Global as well as affiliate/field role is desired
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive for results
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Experience with Product Management or lab productivity area is a plus
  • Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus
