- Achieve 100% of the agreed Net Sales Value (NSV) and EBITDA targets for the assigned products.
- Establish and monitor SMART goals for all brands, regularly tracking performance against these objectives and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure best in class launch readiness of Anzupgo and get endorsement Launch Readiness Meeting in collaboration with cross functional teams.

- Leverage market and customer insights to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster close collaboration with key stakeholders and Key External Experts (KEE).
Plan and Execution
- Ensure that long-term and short-term strategies and plans address local customer needs while aligning with the global strategic direction.
- Ensure the business plan is completed and approved within the agreed timelines and format.
- Develop and monitor marketing messages and programs to achieve the desired business outcomes.
- Plan and execute key events, such as nationwide symposiums, successfully in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Ensure the establishment of effective working relationships across cross-functional teams at local, national, and international levels.
