Description
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for both field and office-based staff across AU and NZ.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional support to employees.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • 8 years’ experience in a payroll/human resources environment.
  • Payroll or Finance qualification or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advanced skill level
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (preferably ADP Payforce).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
