Drive Sales in the Med Tech, Kit Packer, local Pharmaceutical and Animal Health segments
Close collaboration with the EMEA Pharmaceutical team to drive synergies with central Europe.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand customer base.
Identify new opportunities and develop effective solutions to address unmet needs in the market.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform decision-making processes.
Drive continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, empowering employees to achieve their full potential.
Drive the customer experience improvements/agenda for Industry customers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Fluent in English and German; additional languages desirable.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Central Europe (60%).
Proven track record of success in sales management roles within the medical devices industry, ideally with experience in Central European markets.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical devices, quality systems, and clinical trials.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.
Experience working in a matrix environment, preferably in a global organization.
Knowledge of commercial best practices and industry benchmarks.
