Description
  • Lead the sales organization B2B in Central Europe, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Drive Sales in the Med Tech, Kit Packer, local Pharmaceutical and Animal Health segments
  • Close collaboration with the EMEA Pharmaceutical team to drive synergies with central Europe.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand customer base.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop effective solutions to address unmet needs in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, empowering employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive the customer experience improvements/agenda for Industry customers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages desirable.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Central Europe (60%).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management roles within the medical devices industry, ideally with experience in Central European markets.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical devices, quality systems, and clinical trials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, preferably in a global organization.
  • Knowledge of commercial best practices and industry benchmarks.
