Strategic Partnership & Influence: Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business to influence key talent and organizational decisions. Serve as a strategic advisor and the primary HR interface for your function, aligning people strategies with business goals in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Engagement & Culture: Actively assess team engagement levels and partner with leaders to design and implement initiatives that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. Champion organizational culture in all interactions and lead efforts that enhance employee experience and retention.
Leadership Coaching & Change Management: Provide expert coaching to leaders on complex people matters, including team dynamics, leadership development, and change management. Support the successful implementation of organizational changes through clear communication strategies and thoughtful impact planning.
Workforce Planning & Performance: Partner with HR Directors and collaborate with business leaders to develop headcount plans, budgets, and forecasts. Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable insights that drive performance, productivity, and informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Employee Relations: Partner with HR Advisors and CoEs to manage complex employee relations cases and proactively address people-related challenges. Work closely with HR Directors and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and ensure alignment with broader HR and business strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a business partner or generalist role and demonstrated experience supporting multi-site or global teams;
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments;
Proficient in data analysis and decision-making using quantitative methods;
Working knowledge of employment law in relevant countries in which we employ;
