Engage key stakeholders in Vietnam and assign country including Country Manager, Category Lead, People Experience, etc to provide consultation and advice for organizational learning strategy and priorities
Develop, design, and deliver engaging training interventions for customer-facing commercial colleagues using diverse methods
Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources

Ensure business requirements are met through efficient and valued customer-facing training services, while monitoring the budget
Master multiple delivery modalities to deliver training programs within budget, addressing identified capability needs
Coordinate brand trainings with subject matter experts, set performance standards,
Ensure compliance of training content/activities and approval system is followed with the proper documentation in place.
Make use of training evaluation tools and partner with the business to discuss training metrics, outcomes and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Establish regular touch points to discuss field coaching observations and accordingly build/implement the appropriate training sustainability solutions.
Track training Interventions using multiple modalities and tools (Face-to-face, WebEx/Virtual, Social Learning, Micro-Learning, etc.)
Work closely with a marketing team to develop/understand a promotion strategy and then incorporates this strategy into the training program. Coordinate brand trainings with subject matter experts (Medical and Marketing) and establish a training certification process to ensure critical capabilities
Qualifications
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in science related degree with at least 5 years of experience in Pharma industry and in Training
Strong and proven record in Training professional knowledge & skill, developing and delivering training programs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Knowledge in managing LMS
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong project management skills
Strong interpersonal and consultative partnering abilities
