Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
Develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
Proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction
Qualifications
Have Bachelor in Health/Science
Have 3 year multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical sales
Have effective communication and interpersonal skill
Have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
