Plan, implement, and evaluat digital marketing campaigns and activities based on overarching marketing strategies (focus is the Europe and UK market) with an emphasis on return on investment
Analysis and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to enhance performance and make data-led decisions, while considering specific requirements and regulations in the healthcare industry
Provide consultation, creative support, and effective collaboration on multimedia campaigns with a view to driving return on marketing investment
Manage and coordinate digital marketing activites including implementation, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and reporting based on measurable objectives.
Cooperate and coordinate with relevant marketing and cross-functional teams including agencies and platform partners
Data-driven control and execution of global activities within budget and timeline constraints
Coordination with experts in different areas
Identification of new trends and current developments and apply theseto address the needs of target audiences
Sharing global best practices with consumer marketing teams and integrating innovative solutions into the marketing strategy
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, industry regulations and internal data privacy policies in all digital marketing activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing education)
Minimum of 5 years of related experience (Digital Marketing or related field)
E-commerce experience and a strong understanding of the channel as a sales driver are considered a significant advantage
Understanding of health care industry regulations as it relates to advertising and Marketing favoured
Product knowledge desirable
Proficient in Microsoft tools and in Google suite including Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
Minimum requirement of a European language and English to a conversational level
Experience with Affiliate marketing sort but not essential
Experience working in a Global team structure preferred but not essential
