Description
- Perform data analysis on omics datasets (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics) using bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
- Develop and execute scripts in R for data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and generate actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest bioinformatics tools, methods, and trends.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field.
- Proficiency in R for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with omics data analysis (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics).
- Strong understanding of bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
- Basic understanding of molecular biology and biological systems.
