Leading on the planning and implementation of communication projects that support Roche business teams;
Interacting and collaborating with cross functional teams to set up and own the timely execution of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms;
Preparing regular activity reports and respond to more complex questions from cross functional team;
Work individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning project tasks and responsibilities; tracking all to ensure on time completion; confirming KPI tracking and enable readouts and recommendations
Providing in-depth specialist knowledge and may coach team members and other colleagues; and help others develop expertise/skills
Monitoring compliance related tasks (LMR approval) for campaign content produced by The Lab;
Performing campaign publishing tasks for email newsletter, edetailer, website
Qualifications
You have 5+ years experience in a digital campaign management or project management role (experience in Pharma or other regulated industries is a nice to have)
You are able to create, maintain and manage well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders, the wider Lab team and other 3rd party providers (like creative agencies)
You are competent handling of CMS, digital publishing and other platforms
You are fluent in English and you are able to work in a fast-paced, international environment
You have a creative thinking mindset, you can pay attention to details and be able to recommend and support improving content and campaign performance
