Experience: Proven expertise in a complex sales environment, with a solution-based selling approach involving multiple stakeholders in the purchasing decision.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline is preferred but not essential
Business-to-Business Sales: Solid experience in B2B sales.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company’s products, promotions, services, and solutions for customers.
Pharmaceutical Expertise: Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical product and service portfolio is highly desirable
Languages: Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in one or two additional languages is highly desirable.
Customer Relationships: Skilled in building mutually beneficial relationships and leading strategic conversations with customers.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
