Develop and implement territory-specific engagement plans aligned with medical priorities, under the guidance of regional leadership.
Effectively communicate Moderna’s science and clinical data to healthcare stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local market needs.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and public health institutions to gather insights that address unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes.
Use digital communication tools, such as Moderna’s Scientific Communications Platform, to present and simplify scientific concepts for various stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest clinical data, therapeutic area developments, and emerging healthcare trends, ensuring scientifically informed engagements.
Collect, document, and share scientific and medical insights from stakeholder interactions to help identify challenges and unmet needs within the healthcare system.
Support the planning and execution of medical engagement activities, including advisory boards and medical conferences, in collaboration with internal teams.
Ensure ethical and compliant medical practices by documenting activities in Moderna’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, reporting adverse events, and adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a Scientific Discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, field medical roles, or related scientific positions, including demonstrated experience engaging with healthcare systems.
Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with regulatory environments in South Korea (e.g., MFDS guidelines) and global standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, WHO).
Proficiency in digital technology, including virtual presentation platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
