• Drive biomarker implementation across trials in collaboration with internal and affiliate stakeholders.
• Manage CROs and vendors, holding them accountable to performance, timelines, and budget targets.
• Navigate regulatory landscapes with ease, providing country-specific insights and supporting study feasibility.
• Support study design and documentation, contributing to protocols, CRFs, informed consent forms, and final reports.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape hiring decisions as a leader within the team.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Own the budget and timeline—support RFPs, monitor spend, and lead effective study team meetings.

• Bachelor’s in a scientific field or RN license with 5+ years of clinical project management experience.
• Strong background in early-phase (Phase I) trials, especially within virology.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and vendor management essential.
