Description
  • Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
  • Help lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
  • Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
  • Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
  • Work with print production and sample agencies to ensure resources to support field selling efforts and new patient starts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external patient advocacy partners, and patients to gather insights for developing high-quality patient materials.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Experience with project management
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
