Proactively and strategically source, screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
Schedules virtual and onsite interviews at all levels, including Executive; communicates arrangements with both candidates and interviewer
Through innovative solutions, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for hourly and salaried positions
Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment plans
Help to meet hiring needs through planning job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programs that help West most efficiently meet its hiring needs
Establish and build relationships with other recruiters and HR team to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wide
Manage all activities within the West applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer and onboarded
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
Exhibit reliable, punctual and predictable attendance
Flexible and adapts to changing business needs including supporting a variety of different sites and positions as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma HS/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources discipline preferred
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or preferably a corporate setting
Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively read, write, and speak in both English and German at a high professional level is required.
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and changing environment
Experience working with global teams preferred
Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with the ability to solve problems under tight timelines
Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
