To coach, provide feedback, and counsel the sales team to support their development and performance.
To plan, implement, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with Marketing to achieve annual sales targets while ensuring A&P budget control for the district.
To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through regular field visits.
To recruit, develop, and retain Sales Specialty Representatives for the assigned district.
5.To work closely with the NSM/SH to stay updated on managed market issues, implement initiatives to maximize sales, and execute pull-through strategies.
To collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales Force Effectiveness, RA, Ethics & Compliance, KAM, Training, HR, etc.) to drive business success.
To set and manage performance objectives aligned with marketing plans, ensuring individual performance is assessed against key objectives.
To gather and share market intelligence from stakeholders to inform team strategy and decision-making.
To actively participate in medical events, congresses, and field activities, including booth events in upcountry provinces.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or related field, Master ’s degree is advantage
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Internal candidate)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (external candidate)
Proven track records of achieving business results
