Collaborate closely with the SAP Key User Team at Headquarters to translate business requirements into effective SAP FI solutions through system design, configuration, and enhancement activities.
Perform risk assessments by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure compliance with internal controls and governance policies.
Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of SAP FI processes across the finance function.
Lead the full SAP project lifecycle, from planning and testing through go-live and post-implementation validation, ensuring system functionality and business continuity.
Conduct fit-gap analyses and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, process automation, and standardization within the SAP financial modules.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, process guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user understanding and adoption of SAP financial processes.
Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in SAP FI module implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and financial closing.
Experience in end-to-end project management within SAP environments, including testing and post-go-live support.
Familiar with SAP integration points with other modules such as CO, MM, and SD.
Proficient in performing system risk analysis and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., SOX, internal controls).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
