Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure marketing strategies are closely aligned with sales objectives, continuously tracking performance and campaign impact to drive measurable business outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to co-define objectives, targets, and success metrics, ensuring marketing efforts directly support commercial goals.
End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Drive the design, execution, and optimization of fullfunnel, cross-functional GTM campaigns in collaboration with Integrated Marketing.
Strategic Planning: Support sales teams in shaping quarterly and half-year strategic priorities, focusing on high-impact opportunities that align with business goals.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with compelling content, competitive insights, product messaging, and objection-handling strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance. Provide ongoing training to strengthen expertise.
Market & Customer Insights: Represent the voice of the market, providing critical insights to Solutions Marketing to influence the product roadmap and regional strategies.
Customer Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that real-world market feedback refines value propositions and solution messaging.
Qualifications
Degree qualification in either a Marketing, Health or Business discipline
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in marketing
Experience in Marketing (especially digital), Product Management and/or business development
Experience in the medical device and/or respiratory industry is preferred
Experience and understanding of Sleep and/or Respiratory Care industry and care pathways in Poland is an advantage
Excellent Polish communication skills both written and oral.
Fluent in English language.
