Description
  • Achieving and growing ongoing sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Promotion of the appropriate use of Gilead products to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong accountability for developing, adapting and growing business plans for your territory and communicating required actions to achieve goals.
  • Strong aptitude to develop in-depth market interpretation of sales analysis data.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a patient centric approach when problem solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively cross functionally to achieve company goals.
  • Works as an individual & team contributor Effectively networks with thought leaders.
  • Completes necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner e.g. updating customer database, expenses etc.
  • Responsible for achieving the competency levels required in the role.
  • Compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law is required.
Qualifications
  • Extensive relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (>7 years).
  • Experienced in key account management (>5 years).
  • Serves as technical expert of assigned product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs in order to educate/influence key physicians.
  • Strong existing relationships with KOLs and PAG’s within their territory.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation ability to manage multiple projects/activities at any given time.
  • A BA or BS degree (or equivalent).
