Oversee the team of business analysts for Direct to Consumer (DTC) and retail areas, ensuring alignment with the overall GTS strategy and business needs. Build a solid foundation for advancing the DTC business to the next level.
Establish team standards and guide the team to capture the business requirements, functional specification, design constraints, test plans and any other issues pertaining to the development of the solution.
Stay updated with eCommerce and retail consumer experience solutions to enhance customer experience in the Direct to Consumer (DTC) area.
Collaborate closely with technical architects to resolve business problems.
Facilitate and guide the definition of the target application landscape and its transition roadmap to align with business objectives.
Create good solutions with the Customer Experience in mind.
Ensure seamless integration of Direct to Consumer (DTC) solutions with other enterprise applications, promoting a unified GTS ecosystem.
Consult with other DTC Solution Architect, Domian Architecture and Enterprise Architect practice to ensure alignment and collaboration on architectural and innovative initiatives.
Coordinate the adoption of global GTS standards across the organization and actively contribute to their definition and ongoing evolution in close collaboration with the Strategy & Delivery team.
Contribute to the definition and enforcement of technical standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across the GTS landscape.
Work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with remote and global team members across multiple time zones to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop a functional solution to future-proof our DTC platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience in managing and delivering software solutions.
10+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, and database management.
Proven experience in managing small teams.
Exposure to eCommerce, CRM, and integration systems such as Shopify, Hybris, Salesforce, Boomi, etc.
Strong business acumen with experience in customer-focused areas like e-commerce, ordering, distribution, sales & customer support, and marketing.
Driven to build a highly motivated team.
Passion for solving business problems with technology with the ability to leverage technological opportunities to solve problems and improve process efficiency at scale. Capable of effectively communicating technology concepts to business stakeholders.
Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
Knowledgeable in Order Management, Distribution and Finance processes.
Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
Awareness of emerging technologies, such as generative AI and its applications.
