Overall responsible for the business deployment of Digital Solutions Portfolio of the GE Monitoring Solutions Business Segment in AKA
The portfolio includes GE solutions to enable medical device integration, digitization of critical care workflow, alarm mobility, optimization of communications, and virtual care platforms, etc.
Partner with the regional business modality leader to devise and execute an integrated Go-To-Market Strategy of both enterprise digital solutions and patient monitoring devices
Partner with the regional commercial team to devise and execute channel distribution, pricing and positioning, and sales enablement strategy.
Partner with the regional service team to devise and execute service support and implementation strategy including but not limited to managing requests for MSA's for selected products
Build and lead strategic marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows, KOL programs, global partnership, etc.) to elevate GE’s position as a digital solution provider in the AKA
Partner with GE Strategic Partnership and Solutions team to identify customer needs and convert them into funnel opportunities among strategic enterprise accounts
Responsible as a solution consultant in strategic enterprise deals for leading direct engagement in solution enquiries and presentations with hospital management team, e.g., C-suite, IT director, head of departments, etc.
Responsible as a solution architect in strategic enterprise deals for formulating a comprehensive solution proposal based on identified customer needs of enterprise workflow, risk management, hospital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and approved budgets, etc.
Engage 3rd party providers to explore and pilot regional / global strategic solution partnerships
Responsible as a project manager in strategic enterprise deals for overseeing proof of concept testing and go-live implementations, by working closely with the regional clinical, apps, and technical teams.
Lead operating mechanism with global engineering team for monthly and quarterly reporting of market dynamics, competition landscapes, and growth and projects execution
Maintain strong partnership with global engineering team as the regional point of contact for collaborations and escalations
Work with cross-functional teams (RA, ITO, OTR, Finance, Service, Sourcing, etc.) to bring in supports needed throughout the commercial operations process
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree holder in healthcare related fields
Minimum 10-year experience in roles related to digital healthcare solutions
Minimum 5-year experience in AKA (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ) healthcare industry
Proven track record of digital healthcare solution consultancy is a must
Prior experience of managing hospital enterprise IT solution projects is required
Prior experience of business development of digital solutions is required
Prior experience of working in a multinational matrix environment is required
Knowledge of medical device integration and HL7 is required
