To direct and manage the activity of a team in assigned territory toward the achievement of the agreed product forecast & its KPIs and implementing operation practices in accordance with the company policy & strategic objectives in the assigned territories.
Conduct regular team meetings, ensure proper and timely provision of reports from the team.
Participate in divisional meetings and other company activities. Provide regular managerial reports and feedback on market information & key customers as required to ensure the achievement of the common goals.
Attend all assigned training courses and development programs as required.
Qualifications
Graduate in Pharmacist or Doctor at University.
Good English communication.
Computer skills: WinWord, Excel, Email, Power point.
At least 4 - 6 years in pharmaceutical industry & 2 years in supervisor position.
Located in Ho Chi Minh city, ready for travel across the assigned territories.
Having good knowledge on the assigned territories, on company products, competitors & customers as well as good experience in Oncology area are preferred.
