• Develop and optimize analytical methods using LC, LC/MS/MS and HRMS for pharmaceutical applications.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to customers on Waters' analytical platforms.
• Deliver application-focused solutions to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Waters' products.
• Support the sales team by demonstrating Waters' technology in real-world applications and assisting in pre-sales discussions,

• Masters Degree in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
• Bachelor's degree with experience equivalent to Master's degree.

Experience:

• 1-2 years user experience with UPLC, Mass Spec and analytical instruments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with HRMS is preferred.
• Prior experience in GMP environments is preferred.
