Support ICP campaign planning, execution and optimization by enabling campaign owners to create the desired Customer Journey in the ICP plans using the Platforms. Work closely with both GTM and Brand teams to design campaigns to the highest standards and cross-industry best practices
Ensure the timely review and approval workflow to be supported by multichannel platforms happen with the right approvers
Design campaigns leveraging different digital channels to provide class leading Customer Experience
Execution and Monitoring performance of Commercial campaigns across Paid channels, Doctor Social Networks, Email marketing - Adobe campaigns for Human Pharma and Animal Health
Work closely with 3rd Party agency partners and Commercial team to define Governance model and processes while maintaining data integrity
Collaborate with global & local cross functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of digital channels
This role will ensure that the right content / message is delivered in the right Platform / channel to appropriate Customer segment audiences. It shall upskill existing colleagues towards providing a Customer centric journey to move them favorably along the brand adoption ladder
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree, Post graduate degree in Marketing/MBA
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing Automation with hands on experience (especially Adobe Marketing Cloud)
Deep experience in digital content production and best practices
Prior experience in digital / multichannel agency for Digital Campaign management in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage
Experience with Adobe Campaign (campaign management, email marketing and campaign automation), particularly to create automated user journey using business rules on Adobe campaign
Experience with Adobe Target (campaign optimization, web personalization)
Understanding of Adobe Dynamic Tag Management and Adobe Analytics or similar systems
Understanding of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Approved Email, Salesforce.com, Analytics platforms or similar systems
Being able to work independently with minimal guidance; determine own priorities and monitor resources within own work
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Advanced organization skills across multiple, simultaneous initiatives
Experience in execution of Digital and multi-channel marketing initiatives having lead project teams across functions and without authority
Proven Project-, Process- and Change Management skills
Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
Proven experience working with digital agencies
Passionate about technology and obvious interest in digital
