Description
  • Responsible for achieving individual monthly/annual sales target, execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals and account receivables objectives.
  • Proactively manage and build relationships with hospitals, KOLs and HCPs and provide good after sales service.
  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
  • Increase market share.
  • Responsible for direct sales related activities to hospital-based healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties so as to yield maximum sales results as required.
  • Lead by example: Consistently displays positive behaviors and peer coaching through changing and challenging environments.

  • Presentation skills
  • Knowledge in life sciences is an added advantage

Basic Requirements:

  • Sales-driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self- motivation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess own transport with valid license
  • Willing to travel and work independently.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Above 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience or any sales-related capacity. Experience in hospital selling environment would be an added advantage.
