Description
- Responsible for achieving individual monthly/annual sales target, execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals and account receivables objectives.
- Proactively manage and build relationships with hospitals, KOLs and HCPs and provide good after sales service.
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- Increase market share.
- Responsible for direct sales related activities to hospital-based healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties so as to yield maximum sales results as required.
- Lead by example: Consistently displays positive behaviors and peer coaching through changing and challenging environments.
Qualifications

- Presentation skills
- Knowledge in life sciences is an added advantage
Basic Requirements:
- Sales-driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self- motivation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess own transport with valid license
- Willing to travel and work independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Above 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience or any sales-related capacity. Experience in hospital selling environment would be an added advantage.
