Measure success against desired outcomes / results and track performance for effectiveness of their area of brand plan responsibility and works with team to iterate or adjust plans as a result of learnings gained.
Build collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant medical societies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required as a minimum, ideally in life/medical sciences or business.
Significant marketing experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
Proven experience as a successful, decisive leader in both strategic & operational cross-functional environments and in delivering brand success.
