Description
  • Communicates daily with customers, SC, Sales, regulatory team in Korea and manufacturing sites in global.
  • Strong collaboration with Finance, SC & Sales team for forecast-order-stock-billing process. Improve SOP for CS and related functional process in SAP.
  • Serves as the primary contact for any service-related inquiry, and Keeps all functions informed of customer needs.
  • Work directly with sales team and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous revenue growth through expediting urgent orders and sales lead generation.
  • Coordinates customer order requirements, expedites orders as appropriate, addresses inquiries regarding products and services including pricing, product availability, returned goods, etc.
  • Directly work with customers and company’s OEM(toll) manufacturers, manufacturing site and partners for order processing.
  • Work closely with stake holders related with customs clearance, shipment schedule and any supply issue.
  • Determines when customer issues need to be escalated and follows through on resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate and correct records for all business-related information.
  • Provide customer’s product/demand to the team. (Sales will responsible for forecast) , Provides training for new employees.
  • CS team member management as well as development. Actively participates in department/organisational team activities and contributes to developing and achieving team goals (lot reserves, return goods, call abandoned rate, and other team goals)
  • Report KPIs, Dashboards Builds multi-layered relationships with customers and vendors to encourage strategic alignment and to understand mutual interests.
  • Responsible for data management in SAP/ERP system including quality issues. Mainly SD module and key master data.
  • Dropshipment order to billing end to end process.

Department Specific/Non-essential Functions

  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation. Participate SC projects as team approach.
Qualifications

BS Degree holder or above

Experience

CS, Order to Cash process is mandatory.

7 -15 years in Supply Chain with knowledge in end-to-end supply chain process (Order to Cash) from customer service, supply planning, inventory control, procurement, shipping, 3PL, warehousing and logistic to billing etc. would Plus.

Candidates have prior experience in operations and have relevant experience

across all or part of the end-to-end supply chain (Order to Cash) activities preferred.
