Actively participate in the Business Unit strategy, acquiring a deep knowledge of the market, including our sales and those of competitors, to find opportunities that contribute to achieving the Business Plan and the Marketing Plan.
Create the local Brand Plan based on the Global Strategy, aligning the Global Strategy and adapting it to the local market, analyzing business results and adjusting the strategy if necessary, as well as leading multidisciplinary actions.
Lead the long-term Sales forecasting process for the assigned area. Contribute to maximizing the profitability of the brand by proposing short and long-term plans.
Identify the potential of the product in the market and define the key differentiation and positioning strategies and tactics to maximize the brand's results.
Identify business opportunities in the market and suggest the necessary proposals to take advantage of them.
Lead and participate in the training of sales representatives and conduct regular visits with them.
Lead the brand team on a regular basis, as well as cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, etc.).
Implement the digital brand plan aligned with the global strategy.
Analyze market studies that allow for high knowledge of one's own product and competing products.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's or University Degree (it will be positively valued if it is in Health Sciences areas). Training in Pharmaceutical Marketing will also be valued.
Around five years of experience in Medical Visits and/or in Marketing departments within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of business and the pharmaceutical industry.
