Demonstrate leadership in technical direction and initiatives in automation
Ensure that appropriate processes, tools and automation are in place to ensure the successful development of future AI / automation enhancements
Assist in the development of policies and procedures, which improve the ability to deliver medical devices
Interface with project and discipline stakeholders to ensure automation needs are met
Develop measures, feedback and reporting mechanisms to engineering leadership team
A commitment to business excellence and a strong desire to improve the activity of engineering
Ensure the implementation of management systems within their area of responsibility (including following quality management systems)
Provide growth opportunites for development aligned to the 70:20:10 model. Coach and provide regular feedback to ensure team members grow, develop and be the best that they can be.
Assist in workforce planning across Automation and Algorithms
Assisting in developing engineering frameworks and strategy that alignes with that of the business whilst implementing new technologies and new technical directions for the improvement of the team
