Description
  • Timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • Reconciliation and validation of payroll reports.
  • Understanding taxation of employer-paid benefits.
  • Collaboration with payroll vendors.
  • Implementation of new Payroll systems when needed.
  • Interface with payroll providers as required.
  • Compliance checks and audits.
  • Month-end/year-end reporting when necessary.
  • Ad hoc financial and operational reporting.
  • Management of third-party payments and reporting.
  • Resolution of employee queries.
  • Adherence to SOP/policies.
  • Continuous improvement of payroll processes.
  • Serving as a contact point for external/ internal auditors.
  • Preparation, evaluation, presentation, and optimization of complex HR reports.
  • Support in optimizing HR/Payroll systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a shared services or COE model.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict resolution abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Workday.
