Description
  • Lead and develop a team of solutions consultant professionals.
  • Responsible for staffing, managing, training and coaching the team
  • Align the team with a comprehensive understanding of all the solutions available in EMEA, including strategic partners to inform how we architect solutions for our customers.
  • Coach team members on core job skills and optimal communication strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business results
  • Proactively address strategic and operational challenges
  • Provide insights to product development.
  • Ensure these solutions and services are used to increase efficiency and improve outcomes, giving ResMed the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end integrated care pathways.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy and Regulatory Affairs to make sure our implemented solutions are compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for the execution of a mission critical part of our strategy.
  • Driving business development and change mindset requiring excellent communication and influencing skills to manage the internal and external environment.
  • Translation of the global and CMG Strategy to local execution directly and indirectly (via the Solution consultants). This will require close collaboration with local commercial stakeholders, the wider marketing teams and various horizontal teams.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a Digital Health marketing, Sales and/or Solutions development role within the life-sciences sector.
  • Experience and understanding of the different reimbursement structures across Europe
  • Medical device experience within respiratory medicine and or digital health.
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Direct and matrixed leadership experience, managing and developing professional services teams with a proven track record of driving commercial success and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS offerings and selling approaches a significant plus.
  • Able to lead business innovative projects whilst managing both internal and external stakeholders to enable business transformation and long-term profitable growth.
  • Change Management skills to drive this transformational mindset within our commercial teams and our customers.
  • Operational project management and marketing skills. This means understanding theories of project management and marketing principles, as well as understanding how to put those theories into action.
  • Strong business and technical acumen to effectively design creative software/workflow solutions to solve business problems with large enterprise organizations or within the Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, standards and emerging technologies
