Description

  • Delivering the value of Viatris products to customers through the development of constructive and customer focused relationships in both GP surgeries, selected Specialists
  • Presenting evidence-based information identifying and meeting customer and consumer needs.
  • Possess solid knowledge of the designated territory – understanding the areas of opportunity and high customer engagement.
  • Deliver field intelligence to trade marketing.
  • Share best practices with the team and National Sales Manager.
  • Develop a strong network in the territory. Foster relationships and ensure that all key customers are visited consistent with KPI’s.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in; Pharmacy, Science or Sales.
  • Min 18 months experience is essential in – detailing to GP’s and/or retail pharmacy and working in B2B complex sales environments.
  • Outstanding business planning skills associated with developing territory sales plans
  • Ability to positively influence and persuade in sales interactions.
  • Excellent ability to analyse, synthesize and articulate information.
  • manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to learn and share knowledge and take accountability for personal performance.
