Presenting evidence-based information identifying and meeting customer and consumer needs.
Possess solid knowledge of the designated territory – understanding the areas of opportunity and high customer engagement.
Deliver field intelligence to trade marketing.
Share best practices with the team and National Sales Manager.
Develop a strong network in the territory. Foster relationships and ensure that all key customers are visited consistent with KPI’s.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in; Pharmacy, Science or Sales.
Min 18 months experience is essential in – detailing to GP’s and/or retail pharmacy and working in B2B complex sales environments.
Outstanding business planning skills associated with developing territory sales plans
Ability to positively influence and persuade in sales interactions.
Excellent ability to analyse, synthesize and articulate information.

Able to learn and share knowledge and take accountability for personal performance.
