Frequent verbal and written communication with customers on updating them with product information and other required
Handle daily order fulfillment, consignment inventory customer backorder review, delivery scheduling & billing and invoicing, reporting on sales results
Manage the PO pending status on regular basis not to keep unbilled revenue for a long time
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager
Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and lead process improvement efforts
Manage inventories and allocate stock in short supply to maximize service levels
Represent the company to external and internal customers, answer customers’ questions, trace lost shipments, interprets and clarify customer orders for the ship-out, and when necessary, may connect customers to appropriate support of field staff
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications
1-3 years of customer service/order management and SAP/ERP experience, preferably medical devices or healthcare industry
Fresh graduates with willingness to begin career in order management are encouraged to apply!
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
Excellent interpersonal skill
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships
Experience in cross-functional projects and process improvements
Experience in SAP Order Delivery Module (ORM) is a great plus
