Qualifications
A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and/or leadership positions with a consistent track record of success.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment.
Strong business acumen, strategic mindset and operational excellence, preferably in a complex and volatile market environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change and inspire
Proven ability to successfully develop talent
Ability to effectively influence and shape senior level business decisions.
A strong focus on the customer with demonstrated results building partnerships and collaborating at all levels and multiple functions/affiliates.
Undergraduate degree required. MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
Direct experience working in Oncology and/or Immunology therapeutic areas will be highly valued.
