Development of sales strategies in close coordination with sales management & their implementation with the field sales team
Sales and contribution margin responsibility for the region
Personnel responsibility for the region's field sales team with a focus on active coaching and the further development of account managers
Condition and calculation decisions within the framework of company guidelines
Support and development of key customers together with the field sales force
Promote close and active collaboration with the entire sales team (back office, sales specialists, marketing)
Completed bachelor's or master's degree in the natural sciences or comparable training and relevant professional experience, ideally with laboratory technology, chemical or pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical products
At least 5 years of professional experience in sales
Several years of successful experience in leading a sales team
High level of communication and negotiation skills, enjoy dealing with customers
Entrepreneurial mindset and independent action
Very good knowledge of German and good English
Driving license B
